Added the ability to run Lock and Load in a non interactive mode (no notification icon).

Added an updated version of Lock and Load (v1.1) which adds the ability to pass parameters (the following are available trigger (which action triggered the event), user (the logged in user for the session that triggered the event) and date (the date/time stamp for when the event was triggered).
